What Does "Original Condition" Mean?
We get it – sometimes you need to try things on! Go right ahead and feel free to slip into your new socks, footwear, or apparel after removing them from their packaging. Just be sure to give them a quick once-over before washing or wearing them out for an adventure. Items showing signs of wear or missing their original packaging can't be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. We just want them to be in tip-top shape for their next home!
