I was pleasantly surprised at how easy GoBros.com support made it to exchange a set of socks which I accidentally ordered in the wrong size. I replied to the order confirmation email asking how I could exchange the socks for another size but expected the best case response to be an overly complicated process. Instead of being forced to jump through unnecessary hoops, pay for shipping, or be charged a restocking fee, I received a prompt reply letting me know that the replacement product has been shipped and would include a bag/return label for sending back the original order.
