Indoor Boiled Wool Slippers
Machine wash warm with mild detergent on gentle cycle for 5 minutes. Machine dry gently for several minutes to release excess moisture. Stuff slipper with paper overnight and allow to air-dry.

Wool Felt Grizzly
Wool Felt Upper - Use a soft brush to remove any dirt or debris that has accumulated. For heavier dirt build up, spot with a damp cloth and brush gently. Haflinger does not recommend that you apply chemicals or soaps to the wool felt-this could compromise the natural breathability and strength of the felt.
Cork Latex Footbed - If you intend to use the Grizzly in inclement weather conditions, Haflinger recommends that you use a cork protectant/sealant on the footbed at least once a year. This will help preserve the natural cork latex from breaking down prematurely.
Leather Clogs and Sandals
Leather Uppers - Uppers can be cleaned and treated with a leather cleaner/protectant suitable to the type of leather on the shoe (i.e. nubuk, smooth leather, etc.). Please be aware that applying liquid cleaners/protectants can sometimes affect the color, tone and texture of leather. We recommend that you test a small amount of cleaner/protectant on an inconspicuous area of the shoe before applying the product to the whole shoe. These are pricey yet so worth it! Not only are they super cute, but they fit me PERFECTLY and have only gotten better w age! I'm usually an 8.5 or 9, and a 39 was just right. They also have sort of molded to my feet better and better over time.
My feet get cold easily, and these do an excellent job of warming them up immedietly without getting too hot. They truly regulate temperature and allow for breathability. I've had my first pair for several years maybe and am thrilled that they're still making them since it's time for a replacement. They have totally withstood the test of time. I wear them CONSTANTLY. After this last wash, I noticed almost right after that my big toes have seemed to have worn thru the interior layer, and the bottom layers are separating. I plan to wash them on Delicate cycle going forward..kicking myself for not this last wash in case that contributed to the bottom splitting. Either way, I plan to make these my slippers for life as long as they keep making them, which I hope they never stop!
I love my new Haflinger slippers. They’re super comfortable and not itchy at all. I first ordered the 38 since I wear a 7-1/2 or 8 shoe, but exchanged them for the 37. I’m happy with the fit!
