I'm a loyal buyer of your Fox River socks to make hand-crafted sock monkeys. I appreciate it when your customer service reps reach out personally when your stock is low to let me know that they can either hold my order until new stock arrives, or cancel my order and contact me again when new stock arrives. That personal touch (and your great prices) keep me coming back again and again to order my socks from you. My sock monkeys are happy, too, when I mail them to friends' children over the US (and now in at least 7 foreign countries).
I like the quality of the sock and the weight, but when I ordered the pair I thought I would get 2 socks of the same color. But, I received one brown and one red. My fought. I tried to place another order but it seems that they are out of stock. So now I am stuck with 2 different color socks.
Really like the socks, for once I have socks that fit. My shoe size is 9 1/2 and socks are always on the small size after they are washed. These socks fit great! Thank you
